Swordfish

The Swordfish pump control system provides fully integrated cascading pressure control for pump stations operating up to 3 pumps.

Easy to use and suitable for any type of pump or pump combination, the Swordfish controller is specifically designed to help improve the overall efficiency, operation and protection of multi-pump stations.

It offers both system and individual pump protection which can be configured to suit any system. Alarms are displayed on screen and fault resets can be conducted either on site or via remote control.

Other features include:

• Unique hydraulic control technology to ensure each pump operates at peak performance level
• Security menu system with access code protection
• LED’s display for pump operation, status and any fault conditionals
• Low pressure and high pressure protection with adjustable delay timers to suit individual applications
• Adjustable delay timers to eliminate pressure surges and pump cycling
• Hour run meter, start meter and starts last hour display for full system operational display
• Selectable rotation of lead pump to ensure equalized operating hours
• Flow rate calculation for instantaneous and total flow
• Provision for additional pump control and external communications eg. timers, pause switches, external controls, float switches
